Personal Trainer

Location: Putney, London

Salary: £20k Basic, £40k OTE

We are looking for experienced Personal Trainers that know how to go the extra mile for their customers! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, teaching both children and adults.

Duties and responsibilities

As a Studio Hero you are responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. Creating a warm and friendly environment for children, teens and adults alike.

Key areas of responsibility include;

1_studio performance
Responsible for the exceptional delivery of the following programmes – adult, teen and junior fitness classes, mummy & fitness classes, go wild tots. minis and juniors gym classes, stay and play toddler sessions, youth clubs and much more.
Responsible for coordinating and hosting holiday camps and birthday parties.

Responsible for supporting the Head of Heroes in developing and managing the relationships with third party activity partners to ensure all allocated time slots are full at all times.

Actively promote the studio and your schedule to maximise attendance/capacity and therefore your earnings.
To assist in driving profitability of the business, in particular through retaining and attracting clients (net gain) and driving client services.

2_operations

Management and compliance of the studio area.
Duty Management responsibilities.
Supporting the Head of Heroes with holiday camp programming.
Conduct the opening and closure of the facility.
Greet new clients and conduct facility tours.
Ensure facility cleanliness standards are upheld and amenities are replenished on a regular basis.

3_program delivery and training

Deliver a minimum of 15 hours of classes per week.
Deliver the GetSetGo Experience to our clients in each class.
Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
Communicate with the Head of Heroes on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing.
Ensure you deliver classes at the highest possible standards.
Undertake sessions in a safe and professional manner.
Build rapport with clients, know their individual needs and goals and greet clients by their name.
Undertake monthly team training to ensure we are continually improving and delivering the best possible classes for our clients.

Pre Requisites and Attributes

A minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is mandatory.
Experience teaching classes is required.
Absolute fluency in written and spoken English
Have outstanding computer literacy. We use several integrated booking and management systems.
Able to work under pressure and be a good multi-tasker.
Be very efficient in dealing with varying degrees of queries.
Be someone who pays attention to detail and is well organised.
Experience in sales and customer service and understand the true meaning of a ‘5 star service’.
Willing to go the extra mile.
Setting the benchmark standards for your peers.
Never settling – always finding a way to improve service and the Company.
A big personality to entertain both children and adults alike.

Remuneration

Salary: £20, 000 plus performance related bonus
Hours of work: 40 hours per week including weekends.. You will also be required to provide club opening and closing responsibilities as shared with other team members.
28 days’ holiday year inclusive of bank holidays

Receptionist

Location: Putney, London

Salary: £18-20k Basic + Commission

We are looking for experienced Receptionists that know how to go the extra mile for their customers!

Duties and responsibilities

As a Receptionist you are responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. Creating a warm and friendly environment for children, teens and adults alike.

As the ‘face of the Club’, the priority of the Receptionist is to provide an excellent first impression that exceeds all customers’ expectations – you have to love people!

Key areas of responsibility include;

1_reception

Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the reception area.
Welcoming clients and checking them in using our in-house system, Clubright. Promoting a sense of belonging amongst our client and creating a family culture that exceeds expectations and ensures a memorable experience for every client, every time!
Handling all client and prospect enquiries via the telephone, email and face to face; tours, consultations and upsales of service.
Processing all bookings and diary management using Clubright.
Contributing towards the achievement of team targets with your individual contributions focussed around managing client retention and repeat bookings, new client conversions and upselling within the club.
Undertaking daily banking duties.
Ensuring the front desk and entrance way are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Comply with all company and member security requirements and policies – in particular, data protection.
Ensure adherence to all company policy, seeking advice from the Directors as required.
Undertake any reasonable request from a senior member of management.
